NABJ -RDU Members' Spotlight

The annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion conference hosted by the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce attracted numerous professionals from Raleigh for a day of education. This year's theme, "The Focus is The Future," allowed participants to contemplate the past, evaluate the present, and focus on the future of diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the business world and beyond. Held at the Raleigh Convention Center, attendees explored methods for implementing, promoting, and sustaining DEI in the workplace during the conference. The program featured panel talks, specialized breakout sessions led by experts, and networking chances with a DEI emphasis.
